• You will provide valid and genuine documents where required.

Bukhari Travels does not guarantee visa approval, processing time, entry permission, or the outcome of any visa application.

Visa fees, government charges, service charges, and other applicable amounts may be non-refundable where permitted by the relevant authority or supplier.

Customers are responsible for providing genuine, complete, and valid documents within the required timeframe.

7. Umrah and Hajj Services

Umrah and Hajj services may be subject to rules, regulations, quotas, permits, visa requirements, accommodation availability, transportation arrangements, and other requirements imposed by the relevant Saudi authorities and service providers.

Customers must comply with all applicable travel, immigration, health, security, and religious travel requirements.

Package inclusions may vary according to the selected package and confirmed itinerary.

Hotels, transportation, airlines, schedules, and other services may be changed or substituted where required due to availability, operational requirements, government regulations, or circumstances beyond Bukhari Travels’ control.

8. Air Tickets

All airline bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, fare rules, baggage policies, cancellation policies, and other regulations of the relevant airline.

Flight schedules, routes, aircraft, baggage allowances, meals, seats, and other airline services may change at the airline’s discretion.

Bukhari Travels is not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, denied boarding, baggage loss, or other issues caused by the airline. We may assist customers in communicating with the relevant airline or service provider where applicable.

9. Hotels and Accommodation

Hotel bookings are subject to the hotel’s availability and individual terms and conditions.

Hotel names, room categories, meal plans, check-in/check-out times, shuttle services, distance from Haram or other locations, and other facilities will be based on the confirmed booking.

Hotels may change room allocations or facilities according to their own operational policies.

Any hotel-related complaint should be reported promptly so that Bukhari Travels can assist in communicating with the relevant hotel or supplier.

10. Third-Party Service Providers

Bukhari Travels may arrange services through third-party providers including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, visa authorities, insurance providers, destination management companies, and other travel suppliers.

Bukhari Travels will make reasonable efforts to coordinate these services but is not responsible for circumstances caused directly by a third-party provider that are beyond Bukhari Travels’ reasonable control.

11. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Airline tickets, hotels, visas, transportation, Umrah/Hajj packages, and other travel services may have different cancellation and refund rules.

Any refund will be processed according to the applicable supplier, airline, hotel, visa authority, government, and Bukhari Travels policies.

Certain payments may be non-refundable.

Where a refund is approved, applicable cancellation charges, supplier penalties, government fees, bank charges, service charges, or other deductions may apply.

Customers should review the applicable cancellation and refund conditions before making payment.

12. Travel Documents and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their passports, visas, permits, tickets, vaccination/health documents where applicable, and other required travel documents are valid and available before travel.

Any error provided by the customer may result in additional charges, booking issues, visa problems, or travel disruption.
